Die nächstgrössere Stadt ist Trogir (ca. 5 km entfernt) und diese wurde im Jahr 1997 in die UNESCO - Welterbeliste aufgenommen. Split ist ca. 35 km entfernt.
Die Villa besteht aus einem Apartment (Master) mit 2 Schlafzimmern, in dem bis zu 5 Personen auf 2 Doppelbetten und einem Sofabett schlafen können. Ein 1-Schlafzimmer-Apartment (Blue) für bis zu 3 Personen mit 1 Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa. Und ein Studio-Apartment (Loft) für bis zu 3 Personen mit 2 Doppelbetten.
Jedes Apartment hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Duschbad sowie eine eigene Terrasse.
